Upon opening an account with Viably, you will automatically be issued one digital debit card. This allows you to start making transactions for your business online and take advantage of digital banking services almost instantly.
Viably account owners can also issue debit cards to other employees directly from their online business bank account.
You can use your Viably debit card anywhere that accepts digital payments with Mastercard. This includes most online stores and brick-and-mortar retail locations.
When you use your Viably debit cards for any purchase, including online store transactions, you’ll automatically receive up to 2% cash back.
Viably believes that digital banking should be a fee-free experience for small business owners, from your business bank account to your business debit card. As a result, there are no transaction fees* associated with purchases on your Viably debit card.
Viably also offers fee-free cash withdrawals from your business bank account at AllPoints ATMs. If you choose to make a withdrawal from another ATM, fees may apply.
*In order to keep your digital banking experience fee-free, Viably does not offer overdraft protection on payments to our customers.

All of your Viably business debit card transactions are accessible within our online banking platform. Customers can even opt to receive an automated notification from their business bank account when purchases are made using your card.
Viably’s business online banking offers a wide variety of tools for your small business, including expense management. Using the automation tab you can set parameters about when receipts are required for your small business expenses, including over a certain threshold. Any time you make a payment with your Viably debit card that meets these parameters, our online banking platform will send you a notification requesting a receipt be attached.
Real-time transaction monitoring captures your payments and transactions instantly when you make a purchase using your business bank account or Viably debit card. This allows you to manage your expenses, set limits on spending, and track cash flow up to the minute– meaning that you can reflect on your real-time financial health immediately.
Along with this, Viably offers a suite of other tools to monitor your cash flow and transactions, including an automated weekly round up. Every Friday Viably will send a reminder of any expenses that haven’t been accounted for or are missing a receipt so that you can better manage your finances within the online banking system.
Viably currently does not allow your business to transfer funds internationally, but is working to release that feature soon.
We know that sharing so much information about your business online is scary. That’s why your bank accounts are connected via Plaid and their data encryption services. All of our customer data (including yours!) is kept in unreadable form so that only those who are supposed to have access can read it.
